What We Believe

We’re part of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA), a Lutheran church that centers grace, welcomes questions, and trusts that faith grows over time. We don’t believe you have to have everything figured out to belong here. (Seriously.)

At the center of our life together is Jesus, the Good Shepherd, who meets people where they are and leads with compassion, not pressure. We believe God’s love is a gift, not something we earn, and that grace shows up in ordinary moments as much as holy ones.

Our mission is to grow in the light and love of Jesus, the Good Shepherd, and to be advocates of his light and love to others. For us, that looks like meaningful worship, honest conversation, and showing up for our neighbors in real and practical ways.

We value tradition, but we don’t cling to it for its own sake. We take faith seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. This is a place where reverence and ease can exist side by side, where you can breathe, ask questions, and be part of a community that’s learning how to love more fully.
